Success Stories:
I finally feel what it is like to eat like a "normal" person. I am not craving carbs, I feel my entire relationship with food has changed. I have wanted to weep over the difference. Best of all compared to dieting, this is "effortless", I am not obsessing about leaving a sweet uneaten, I just don’t want it.

I just wanted to thank you for the transformation that I have experienced since seeing you. I’ve waited and let some time pass, (it’s been four months since completing our sessions).I needed to see if my changes, were going to last, or come bounding back soon after the enthusiasm of my expectations waned.
I came in feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, and not sure of my self. I needed something that was going to work, and I needed it to work now! It’s been great. Since the first session I could feel the difference. My confidence has come back, my mind isn’t traveling at light speeds anymore. I find myself being calmer, and having more peace of mind when the stress level ratchets up at work The best part of it is that I got to the core of my issues faster than I would have in years of therapy, and I did not have to dredge up an re-live old wounds again.
Thank you so very much!-Brian, Substance Abuse Counselor
I was in terrible back pain consistently when I went to see Brianna Mitchell. I had tried to get help through Chiropractic, acupuncture, shots, physical therapy with some relief. I was told I would need surgery, and that they would fuse my vertebrae, place eight bolts through my spine and two rods to stabilize my back. So, as a last resort I tried Hypnotherapy. Today, I am pain free most of the time, and I have been able to resume all of my normal activities without pain! I am now dancing again which is my passion. I do yoga regularly. I am so glad to have my life back!
